My aim as a Personal Trainer is to work with you and design a programme that will give you realistic and attainable goals. It is important to make it fun and offer a wide variety of exercises to keep you motivated and enthusiastic. In addition I can give helpful advice on nutritional needs and promoting full body wellbeing.
Working on a ‘one to one’ basis or in a small group, I will provide all equipment and tailor made sessions to meet your particular requirements. I can also provide ‘fit’ group sessions for various activities, such as ‘ski fit’ and ‘tennis fit’ and I am open to any other requests. Boot camps and workshops consisting of half and full days are also available.
