I have been a Personal
Trainer and Fitness Instructor for five years, having qualified with
Premier Training in 2014.
Working freelance in
London gives me the opportunity to train with my clients in the
comfort of their own home, as well as being able to take advantage of
the London parks and private gyms.
I develop personal
fitness training programs tailored to each client’s individual
needs. In addition, as a qualified Nutritional Advisor and Sports
Masseur I can offer exceptional packages with a holistic approach to
mind and body wellbeing.
I can target all needs
from weight loss, strength and endurance, muscle tone and flexibility
to general maintenance with a view to further development, and my
advice in nutritional intake to compliment the training is always

and help my clients to hit their goals within a realistic timescale,
while encompassing a safe, yet fun and highly workable program.
Follow up maintenance to stabilize and provide some longevity to
overall results is also advised.
